Resort Description
Kandolhu offers 30 villas in 5 different styles, each style is distinct in design. All villas feature Maldivian architecture with modern interiors. They are all set in prime locations with either direct beach access or clear views to the Indian Ocean.
All villas feature king-sized bed, air conditioning, fan, an iPad and GoPro camera for guest use, sound dock, Flat-screen TV with varied channel list and on-demand movies available, IDD telephone, mini-bar and mini in-villa wine cellar, espresso machine, kettle, hairdryer, electronic safe, iron, ironing board, yoga mats, bath and beach towels, bathrobe, bathroom slippers, Voya bathroom amenities, torch and Wi-Fi. All villas also feature sundecks with sunloungers and sun umbrella.
6 BEACH VILLAS – 85 SQM
These villas feature bedrooms with a king bed, and a spacious open air garden bathroom with a jetted bathtub, shower and twin vanity. A second outdoor shower is set in the garden. The veranda at the front is complete with a plush daybed, a dining area and a sundeck with sunloungers and sun umbrella.
5 POOL VILLAS – 150 SQM
The Pool Villa features a lavish bedroom with a king-sized bed, facing the pool and the blue lagoon beyond. Walk through the expansive wardrobe to access the large open air bathroom featuring a freestanding bath, shower, twin vanity and an outdoor garden shower. The large veranda features an outdoor daybed whilst the oversized deck houses a pool (9 sqm), sunloungers, sun umbrella and a dining area.
The island is lush, with wide sandy beaches surrounding the emerald green, and has one of the most colourful and lively house reefs in the Maldives. Located in North Ari Atoll, Kandolhu is reached in 20 minutes by seaplane, followed by a short speedboat ride. With just 30 villas, the island is perfect for couples wanting some alone time in paradise.
8 DUPLEX POOL VILLAS – 150 SQM
The ground level includes a dedicated living area with daybed, a wardrobe and a garden bathroom with shower, twin vanity, freestanding bath. The veranda at the front offers an outdoor daybed and dining area. A separate terrace features the pool (18 sqm). The upper level features a spacious and airy bedroom, complete with a second bathroom and a balcony that comes with an outdoor daybed and a seating area with views out to the ocean.
4 OCEAN VILLAS – 80 SQM
Located over the water, these villas feature large bedrooms with king bed, daybed and views out to the ocean. The bathroom faces the lagoon and has a jetted bathtub, twin vanity, shower and a dressing area. The sun deck is private with sunloungers, sun umbrella and steps down to the sea.
7 OCEAN POOL VILLAS – 90 SQM
The Ocean Pool Villas offer the best experience at Kandolhu. Each one includes an oversized bedroom with king bed, day bed and walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom is open and airy with shower, twin vanity and a bathtub, and features a sliding door which opens up to the outdoor deck. This expansive and completely private deck includes sun umbrella, a plunge pool (7 sqm), and infinite views of the Indian Ocean.

THE MARKET
Located facing the ocean, The Market is an all-day dining à la carte restaurant which serves international and local specialties in a relaxed ambiance. Only breakfast consists of a tasteful buffet, with a range of à la carte dishes also available to satisfy all taste buds.
OLIVE
Set on a higher level, Olive offers panoramic views of the ocean. Mediterranean classics and delicacies are the highlights of this open air restaurant.
SEA GRILL
Set right on the beach, the Sea Grill opens as the sun sets over the island. You can savour sizzling meat or indulge in freshly caught seafood served from the grill.
BANZAI
Discover the art of Japanese cuisine at Banzai. Choose from flavoursome sushi, succulent sashimi or meat and seafood grilled to perfection on the teppan, all to be enjoyed under a canopy of the starlit night sky.
ATA ROA
Where Mexico and Peru meet the equator line in the Maldives, presenting a light lunch with tacos and ceviches, coupled with sea breeze and a feel good vibe.
VILU BAR
A comfortable and chilled beach bar where you can relax whilst enjoying fabulous cocktails, fine wines, and fresh tropical juices.

Diving
Located just a few minutes from some of the best dive sites in both North and South Ari Atoll, Kandolhu offers diverse diving adventures and PADI certified courses for both beginners and experienced divers.
Or keep it closer to home…just steps from your villa an active coral reef protects and embraces Kandolhu. A number of resident turtles live on the reef along with many other interesting creatures ready to be discovered!

Snorkelling
Snorkelling in the Maldives is a must and Kandolhu house reef offers one of the best snorkelling experiences in this part of the country. Easily accessible from the shore, the house reef is set right around the island providing hours of snorkelling adventures.
Water Sports
Visit Noovilu Sports, aptly named after our very own “Blue Lagoon” home to a wide variety of different watersports for all our guests to enjoy. Ranging from windsurfing and stand-up paddleboards to catamaran sailing and snorkelling, you can also sign up for one of our adventurous excursions, or learn a new sport by booking lessons with one of our experienced and knowledgeable instructors.
Excursions
Travel further afield and explore our beautiful Maldivian surroundings by joining one of our excursions. A variety of specially tailored trips are available throughout the week, ranging from wakeboarding for those seeking thrills, to sunset cruises and snorkelling sand bars for those preferring a more relaxed ambiance.
